With Samepage, Pivot Hotels centralized team communication, created separate team spaces for each property, and collaborated in an “everyone” team for broader coordination. The team also used Samepage as an asset library for photos, documents, and campaign collateral, as well as a central place for monthly reporting, tasks, and calendar items. According to Pivot Hotels, Samepage was easy to roll out without IT help and replaced scattered Outlook workflows, helping the team focus more efficiently on what needed to get done.
