European Youth Parliament (EYP) Czech Republic, a non-profit, non-partisan organization, needed a better way to manage documents and communication across its fast-moving network of more than 40 members spread throughout the country. Its team was struggling with Google Drive because files were hard to find, permissions were difficult to manage as membership changed, and older documents needed to stay linked to current activities.

Samepage provided a flexible collaboration platform with homepages, shared document editing, comments, and calendar/task management. The solution gave EYP a structured, easy-to-use system for archiving and accessing files, improved communication, reduced confusion and delays, and eliminated much of the need for training. Samepage also supported long-term scalability and easier access control as the organization continued to grow.
