Wilink, a financial-services company formed from three merged firms with 23 offices, needed a discreet, modern access-control solution because clients entering the building previously gained automatic access to multiple offices, creating a privacy risk. The facility manager selected SALTO KS, deploying SALTO KS wireless electronic locks and the cloud service SALTO KS Keys as a Service (formerly Clay by SALTO) to provide centralized, user-friendly control.

SALTO KS replaced mechanical locks with wireless electronic locks and the Keys as a Service real-time cloud platform, giving office managers centralized, 24/7 event tracking, mobile access management, fine-grained permissions and the ability to revoke lost credentials. The result was the elimination of random client access, improved security and privacy across locations, and a cloud-based system Wilink can manage centrally for all 23 offices (targeted for full rollout by end of 2019).
