Warner Music Spain, based in Madrid, needed a more independent way to manage access to its workspace so that artists, employees, and guests could enter even when reception was unattended. To meet this need, Warner Music Spain turned to SALTO KS for a cloud-based smart access control solution.

SALTO KS implemented a flexible access-control setup using Salto KS, XS4 One, Neo Cylinder, Design XS Reader, and Gantner ECO.Side Lock, integrated with Spaceti. This improved the overall user experience, including access management and locker opening/closing, while enabling access rights to be assigned by role and helping Warner Music Spain support 24/7 access for more than 1,000 users across the site.
