The Wool Mill Centre, a refurbished inner‑city coworking space in Brunswick, needed a high‑tech, contactless access solution that would be cost‑effective and cable‑free in an old building and that could work with its cloud‑based coworking platform Nexudus. To meet those challenges the centre selected SALTO KS as its electronic access control provider.

SALTO KS delivered a cloud‑based, wireless lock solution (including XS4 Mini locks and mobile/key‑fob credentials) integrated with Nexudus and installed by partner JTW Security. The deployment removed the need for costly cabling and onsite servers, enabled immediate, 24/7 secure access for tenants (including SalaryMasters) via phone or card, automated access provisioning when new clients are added, and cut administrative overheads by eliminating physical key management — improving tenant experience and operational efficiency.
