Sleepworld, a Belgian mattress retailer with eleven locations monitored from headquarters in Gent, faced time-consuming key management when staff rotated or called in sick. Mechanical keys required employees to carry multiple copies and forced managers to drive between stores; to solve this, Sleepworld implemented SALTO KS (installed March 2015) for modern, centralized access control.

With SALTO KS, Sleepworld now issues a single tag for multiple buildings, manages 75 users and 32 doors, creates timed access groups for interim staff, and views entry events to see who entered where and when. The system enables remote door opening and has eliminated the need to drive around with keys, saving significant staff time and simplifying operations.
