Medici Living Group, a developer of global co‑living concepts, faced the challenge of modernizing access and service to meet a mobile, individualized tenant base while maintaining long‑lasting, secure solutions. To deliver a seamless customer experience in its QUARTERS properties, Medici Living Group partnered with SALTO KS and adopted the KS Core electronic locking system and smartphone control via the QUARTERS App.

SALTO KS implemented KS Core door locks and integrated mobile access so tenants can enter buildings and only access their own rooms via the QUARTERS App, delivering greater security, scalability and operational efficiency. The solution has driven higher tenant satisfaction, enabled successful rollouts at QUARTERS Berlin (May 2017) and QUARTERS New York (July 2017), and supports Medici Living Group’s planned expansion into additional cities.
