Globitex equips for SCA with Salt Edge Authenticator app

Globitex, a digital assets marketplace backed by Nexpay, launched a EURO Wallet to let customers send and receive EUR on dedicated IBANs and needed strong customer authentication and PSD2-compliant security for payments. To meet that challenge, Globitex partnered with Salt Edge and implemented the Salt Edge Authenticator app.

Salt Edge deployed its Authenticator SaaS to provide SCA with dynamic linking, encryption and data anonymization, and in-app display of key payment details for user confirmation. The solution enabled PSD2-compliant account access and payment approvals, streamlined the authentication journey for end customers, and increased payment security and user confidence for Globitex’s EURO Wallet.
