Case Study: TIBA Parking Systems achieves enhanced parking security and operational efficiency with Salient Systems

"More Than A Concept", i3 Concepts recognizes Salient’s CompleteView as ‘top of the line VMS’

TIBA Parking Systems faced the challenge of delivering innovative, efficient parking and license‑plate‑recognition (LPR) solutions across a wide range of facilities while ensuring reliable video and security integration. To support those deployments, integrators used Salient Systems’ video management (CompleteView VMS and RED3 integrated servers) to provide the underlying surveillance, recording and system reliability required for modern parking operations.

Salient Systems’ VMS and RED3 hardware were integrated into TIBA LPR and parking control projects (for example the Gaylord Texan LPR deployment), enabling automated gate control, faster incident response and more efficient operations. With Salient Systems’ “service first” platform in place, integrator I3Concepts scaled to serve roughly 250 buildings, grew parking to about 50% of its gross sales and is on track for $6–$8M in annual revenue (projected $8–$10M), demonstrating clear ROI and operational gains from the Salient-enabled solutions.
