Agilis Systems, a provider of GPS-based fleet management for small and mid-size fleets, needed a trusted workflow automation solution to manage thousands of vehicles, assets and daily sales activities. Sales managers lacked real-time visibility into call cadence and rep workflows, while reps were missing follow-ups and appointments; Agilis Systems considered hiring a Salesforce consultant and instead turned to Salesvue, a workflow automation platform that integrates with Salesforce.

Salesvue was implemented to automate cadence, provide real-time reports (including a Completed Activities Report) and deliver call-outcome analytics and customizable plans, eliminating the need for a consultant. As a result Salesvue enabled managers to identify best practices (shifting emphasis to call 3), coach underperforming reps, and boost follow-ups—producing the company’s best month in two years and adding an average of 4.6 new leads per day; Salesvue was later rolled out to Customer Success and Customer Service.
