WRENCH bicycle workshop, led by owner Buck Hazard, needed a more capable point-of-sale to manage repairs, parts ordering, and open work orders; their previous solution, Square, was too simple and couldn’t leave orders open until customer pickup. They selected SalesVu’s iPad POS system to handle the complexity of service-based sales and shop workflow.
SalesVu’s iPad POS lets WRENCH keep orders open, email customers when repairs are complete, and use a “pay now” function while avoiding the high upfront costs of traditional POS hardware by running on existing iPads. As a result, WRENCH reports improved shop organization, better customer communication, and lower setup costs thanks to SalesVu.
