SDAdish (SDA) is a small Idaho-based retailer of free-to-air satellite equipment, installation and related products that sells nationwide by phone and online and needs to process credit cards at trade shows and while doing field installations. Facing limitations, extra fees and an annual PCI compliance charge with their prior provider, SDA selected SalesVu to provide an integrated solution including SalesVu’s ECommerce website and mobile/iPad POS to streamline online and on-the-go payments.

SalesVu implemented an integrated ECommerce storefront with “Buy” buttons, a mobile-friendly checkout and a dashboard for easy product management, plus mobile card processing for field sales. SDAdish reports a simpler checkout and better usability, easier product updates, and quick tech support, and saves about $420 per year in fees by using SalesVu.
