Sukhi Restaurant, a full-service Southeast Asian restaurant in Panama City, Panama, needed a portable, easy-to-use POS and online ordering solution as it expanded to a second location and planned additional openings. Facing Panama’s 2012 fiscal billing requirements and struggling with a clunky legacy POS (A1) and a third-party delivery service, Sukhi Restaurant adopted SalesVu, using SalesVu Table Reservation, the SalesVu iPad POS and the SalesVu e-commerce module to meet its operational and online-ordering needs.

SalesVu implemented a phased rollout that worked alongside Sukhi Restaurant’s fiscal system, letting the team start with table management and POS features and add e-commerce later. The result was faster reporting and month-end closes (what once took ~30 minutes is now generated instantly), major time savings for staff, the ability to take orders tableside or at off-site events, and remote real-time monitoring via iPhone — all delivered by SalesVu while keeping costs down to support Sukhi’s expansion.
