New Republic Brewing Co., a taproom and brewery in College Station, Texas, needed a better way to manage customer tabs and day-to-day sales than their existing Square plus external card reader setup. After researching alternatives including Micros and OPos, New Republic Brewing Co. chose SalesVu’s iPad POS system for its open tab management, bar-focused features, and low cost of entry.

SalesVu implemented its iPad POS across the taproom, enabling shared/open tabs between devices so staff can open a tab and return the customer’s card, streamlining service during events with live music and food trucks. SalesVu also helped New Republic Brewing Co. build an ecommerce site to sell tickets for their 3rd anniversary party, giving the brewery online ticket sales capability and more efficient in-person tab management.
