HTWest Services, a Sacramento-based repair and refurbishment shop for cell phones, tablets, game consoles and computers, needed a reliable, mobile-capable POS and merchant solution after Square abruptly shut down their account. Owner Pete DePalma — who offers a lifetime warranty on screen replacements and often performs on-site repairs — chose the SalesVu iPad POS System to replace Square because he wanted integrated POS features, inventory control and multi-location functionality that would support low average tickets (under $100) and mobile service needs.

As a result, HTWest regained stable payment processing, can monitor inventory levels more effectively, supports mobile repair visits, and is positioned to expand — DePalma already has plans for a couple of additional locations after deploying SalesVu.
