Sandnes Sparebank is a medium-sized Norwegian savings bank (130 employees, ~USD 2.4B portfolio) that wanted to become more results-driven across sales and customer service. The bank needed better visibility into activity and performance, real-time recognition for late or off-site contributions, and a flexible tool to focus teams on seasonal campaigns and increase data entry and accountability.
They implemented SalesScreen (starting 2017) to replace whiteboards with live leaderboards, TV displays, contests and social recognition, which boosted engagement and data registration. In 2018 the bank saw a 200% increase in goal attainment for customer service teams, a 133% rise in new private customers, 200% of the target mobile-app downloads, 150% overperformance on leads to insurance sales, its best year ever in insurance, and stronger management involvement and recruiting benefits.
