Nord-Trøndelag Elektrisitetsverk (NTE) is a long-established Norwegian energy company headquartered in Steinkjer that also operates in broadband, engineering and plumbing. Facing a need for better budget- and goal-setting and more sales focus across a single 30-person department, management wanted to introduce team-based incentives and a consistent way to recognize achievements without creating division.

NTE implemented SalesScreen, tracking sales for six months to set department-specific targets, visualizing real-time progress, and using easy sales registration. Team competitions (and features like the Wheel of Fortune) plus daily TV pop-ups with personalized music made recognition fun and motivating.
