2E Knowledge Ventures, an education and training organization focused on mechanical and solar skills in India, needed a better way to manage high volumes of trainee inquiries and organize training sessions across its many branches. To handle this challenge, they turned to Salesquared for cloud-based communication tools including automated SMS, automated voice calls, and IVR services.
Salesquared designed a call-routing structure, provided mobile app access for staff, and enabled the team to make and receive calls, review logs, and access recordings from Android/iOS devices. 2E Knowledge Ventures also began sending around 10,000 SMS per month and later expanded into call campaigns, improving communication efficiency, simplifying training coordination, and helping reduce trainee no-shows by up to 50%.
