Veterinary Medical Center, part of Prairie Livestock Supply, is a southwest Minnesota mixed animal veterinary practice serving both small and large animals. Using SalesPad Desktop and SalesPad Mobile with Dynamics GP, the team needed a better way to manage patient organization, appointments, inventory, and government-mandated Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) documents without switching between multiple systems.

SalesPad built a customized workflow inside SalesPad that let VMC enter VFD criteria, generate the document, get veterinarian approval, and email it to customers or distributors all in one platform. The result was a major efficiency gain: tasks that once took 2–3 days now take about 1.5 hours, with reduced labor costs and better order processing, compliance tracking, and staff collaboration.
