TKO Electronics, a technology equipment distributor with offices on both coasts, was running on an aging DOS-based system that was limiting growth and leaving the company overly dependent on one person to maintain it. As order volume and inventory complexity increased, the team needed a more modern ERP approach. They turned to SalesPad Desktop, along with DataCollection and ShipTo, to replace the outdated setup and support their operations.

SalesPad helped TKO Electronics move to Microsoft Dynamics GP with a much more intuitive interface and stronger workflow and automation. The company now manages about 400,000 SKUs and roughly 400 orders per day, while using DataCollection to improve picking accuracy and automate order and PO creation for drop shipments. SalesPad also helped streamline order processing for 35–40 users, with new employees typically up and running in just two days and CSRs handling about 215 orders a day without needing a large increase in headcount.
