The Handi-Craft Company, maker of Dr. Brown’s Natural Flow® baby bottles, needed better visibility and flexibility in order and inventory management as it grew its business. Using Microsoft Dynamics GP created interface and usability challenges for its busy fulfillment and customer service teams, so the company looked for a solution that could streamline order processing, improve accuracy, and support faster fulfillment.

SalesPad implemented SalesPad Desktop, along with ShipCenter and SalesPad EDI, to give The Handi-Craft Company better order visibility, batch processing, UDF-based order accuracy, barcode-supported picking, and faster shipping and invoicing. The results included leaner staffing, improved accuracy, and major time savings—such as 30 minutes to one hour saved per day from emailed invoices, label printing in about 25 seconds, and much faster credit card processing—while helping the team handle 100–150 orders per day more efficiently.
