Dental City, a Green Bay, Wisconsin-based reseller of dental supplies, needed a faster and more accurate way to handle a large catalog of more than 30,000 items and support high-touch customer service. Before working with SalesPad, salespeople hand-wrote orders that someone else later entered, creating delays, missed details, and inefficient use of sales staff time. SalesPad Desktop was used to help streamline order entry and improve visibility.

SalesPad Desktop from SalesPad integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP to give Dental City faster order entry, better CRM tools, and improved inventory and customer visibility. The results included a 3% increase in gross margin within two months, fewer order corrections, and stronger sales productivity. Dental City also used SalesPad’s customer and CRM features to improve pre-call planning, track sales trends, and better manage accounts.
