SamCart, the Austin-based e-commerce platform for creators, wanted a better way to re-engage warm leads and generate more revenue during a limited-time promotion. Although they already used Salesmsg for inbound texting after demos, they were looking for a stronger SMS solution to complement email and help them reach prospects at the right moment.
Using Salesmsg, SamCart tested text broadcasts against other tools and found much better performance, with a 6.8% click-through rate on 44,000 numbers and about 3,000 clicks. By sending just two short SMS messages during the promotion, SamCart says Salesmsg helped drive an extra $20,000 in sales revenue and unlock a new source of traffic, clicks, and conversions.
