SuperMemo World, a B2C provider of language learning courses, wanted to improve the efficiency of acquiring new customers and better match content to visitors’ interests. The company faced heavy website traffic but low conversion rates, a broad product range, and the need for stronger contact segmentation. It worked with SALESmanago Marketing Automation to support its email marketing and customer targeting efforts.
SALESmanago implemented dynamic emails triggered after website visits, behavioral segmentation based on browsed products and course preferences, surveys and tests, periodic newsletters, and sales mailing campaigns. These automations delivered strong results: a 6000% increase in click-through rate, a 913% increase in open rate for dynamic emails versus static newsletters, and a 135% increase in conversion rate compared with standard sales mailing.
