Rowertour, a Polish cycling and sports retailer with over 30,000 products, wanted to increase new lead acquisition, better segment customers by cycling interests, improve live communication, and recover abandoned carts. The results were strong: Rowertour reported 620% higher CTR for automatic emails versus mass emails, 260% higher CTR for web push notifications versus mass emails, 385% higher open rates for automatic emails, and 130% higher open rates for personalized emails compared with mass newsletters.
