Polski Koszyk is an online delicatessen specializing in ecological, Polish products with home delivery. The company needed a way to better adapt communication to individual customers, increase sales conversion from generated traffic, reactivate dormant shoppers, and convert anonymous visitors into customers. It used SALESmanago marketing automation to support these goals.
With SALESmanago, Polski Koszyk implemented dynamic 1-to-1 emails, web push notifications, abandoned cart recovery, win-back campaigns, and advanced customer segmentation based on RFM and behavioral data. The results were strong: 21% of customers were reactivated, dynamic communication effectiveness increased by over 500%, abandoned cart dynamic emails achieved 552% higher open rates and 2133% higher click-through rates than mass messages, and SALESmanago contributed to 13% of total sales, with mass mailing generating 41% of sales from the platform.
