PIXERS, the e-commerce brand behind interior personalization products such as wall stickers, posters, and photo canvases, wanted to improve conversion by delivering more relevant content to a large, global audience. Working with SALESmanago Marketing Automation, the company needed to segment visitors and contacts more effectively, personalize messages based on behavior, and recover lost sales from abandoned shopping carts.
SALESmanago implemented automated email journeys with dynamic content, including welcome series, product-visit follow-ups, abandoned-cart reminders, and birthday messages, all triggered by customer behavior and external event data. The results were strong: welcome emails saw a 376% increase in open rate, 1066% higher click-through rate, and 160% higher conversion rate; abandoned-cart emails delivered a 320% conversion lift; and visit-triggered emails achieved 307% higher open rate and 666% higher click-through rate.
