Perlas Network, a broad retail and online lottery operator with more than 2,000 points of sale, needed to improve customer retention, track on-site behavior, and deliver more personalized communication across the player lifecycle. SALESmanago implemented segmented email campaigns, automated follow-ups after website visits, registration reminders, birthday emails, web push notifications, pop-ups, and dynamic content tailored to user activity and lottery history. The results were strong: automatic abandoned lottery emails reached an 85% open rate, automated emails to new customers achieved 92% open rates, pop-up conversion was 250% above market average, and 79% of contacts were monitored through activity-based lead generation.
