Pakuten is a women’s online clothing store that wanted to increase website traffic, re-activate customers who had stopped buying regularly, and improve conversion with more relevant product recommendations. To address these challenges, Pakuten worked with SALESmanago, using its marketing automation platform to support personalized communication and customer segmentation.

SALESmanago implemented dynamic 1-to-1 email and web push campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, social proof widgets, lead generation forms, RFM-based segmentation, and win-back messages. The results were strong: 11.6% of all sales were generated with SALESmanago’s support, 19% of the database came from website forms, and abandoned-cart dynamic messages delivered 259% higher open rate and 606% higher CTR than mass emails, while dynamic web push achieved 338% higher CTR than mass notifications.
