Paese, a Polish manufacturer of high-quality makeup cosmetics, wanted to drive more traffic back to its website and recover shoppers who added items to cart but abandoned before purchase. To solve this email retargeting challenge, Paese worked with SALESmanago Marketing Automation.
SALESmanago implemented an automated abandoned-cart recovery flow that analyzed each customer’s cart and sent a personalized reminder email shortly after the transaction was interrupted, featuring the exact products left behind. The campaign was launched within the first month of system use and delivered strong results: CTR reached 9.6%, reported as 923% higher than standard mass emails, and OR reached 38.5%, 389% higher than mass emails.
