Navi Expert, a Polish provider of mobile navigation, video registrators, and fleet telematics, needed better-targeted communication to improve lead generation, build trust, and increase customer loyalty. Working with SALESmanago Marketing Automation, the company set out to automate email campaigns, distribute service codes more efficiently, and use contact forms and contests as new engagement channels.

SALESmanago implemented contact behavior tracking, lead capture through forms and contests, and personalized email segmentation based on acquisition source and driving style, plus automated coupon delivery. The results were strong: email campaigns achieved a 300% higher CTR and a 280% higher open rate versus bulk mailings, while segmented emails delivered a 157% higher open rate. Contest landing pages also converted well, with 64% of participants opting in to offers and news and 22% later using the promoted service.
