Na Strychu, an online store for scrapbooking and handicraft supplies, wanted a more direct way to communicate with its loyal customer base beyond mass and automated email marketing. To address this challenge, the company worked with SALESmanago Marketing Automation and looked for a new channel that could also reach anonymous visitors.

SALESmanago implemented Web Push notifications, which were launched productively within the first 7 days. The new channel delivered a 17.59% CTR, about 500% higher than mass emails, and the best notification achieved a 32.71% CTR. SALESmanago also highlighted future potential for automated, personalized push notifications for retargeting and cart abandonment.
