Miloo Home, a B2C home and garden décor retailer, faced a long purchase cycle because customers typically browsed many products and often needed to consult with other household members before buying. To improve personalization and streamline email marketing, the company used SALESmanago Marketing Automation to analyze customer visits and shopping baskets.
