Meble VOX, a furniture and décor producer with over 100 stores in Poland and more than 40 abroad, worked with SALESmanago Marketing Automation to better connect its online and offline sales channels. The company wanted to increase retention after store visits, encourage online shoppers to book in-person consultations, give consultants better insight into customer interests, and improve the effectiveness of its email marketing.

SALESmanago integrated with Meble VOX’s VOXBOX interior design app to automate personalized communication, segment contacts by nearby store, and send dynamic 1-to-1 emails and project-based invitations to brick-and-mortar locations. The results were strong: 20% of customers were acquired through the VOXBOX app, dynamic emails delivered 400% higher open rates and 1200% higher click-through rates than traditional emails, conversion after visits increased by 100%, and app users generated a 22.5% conversion rate.
