SALESmanago implemented behavioral segmentation, dynamic 1-to-1 emails after site visits, subscription renewal reminders, lead-capture forms, ebook downloads, and periodic dynamic newsletters tailored to customer interests. The results were strong: Gremi Group reported a 20x increase in communication effectiveness, 2,500% CTR growth for post-visit emails on eKiosk, 2,100% CTR growth for subscription prolongation emails, and 2,300% CTR growth for post-visit emails on eGazety, along with major increases in open rates.
