Greenpoint, a leading women’s clothing brand in Poland with more than 165 stores, wanted to better activate inactive customers, recover abandoned carts, and increase sales through more personalized communication. To address these ecommerce challenges, Greenpoint worked with SALESmanago, using marketing automation, dynamic 1-to-1 email campaigns, and AI-powered product recommendations.
SALESmanago implemented automated emails for cart abandonment, post-visit engagement, win-back, and post-purchase recommendations, all tailored to customer behavior and preferences. The results were strong: dynamic 1-to-1 abandoned-cart emails achieved 646% higher open rates and 801% higher click rates than mass mailings, while post-purchase, post-visit, and other dynamic emails also delivered markedly higher engagement; overall, 10% of Greenpoint’s online revenue was generated thanks to campaigns conducted with SALESmanago.
