GOCCO, a leading Spanish fashion company for infants and children up to 16 years old, needed a better way to manage complex customer data across the full journey. With parents and relatives often buying for multiple children, plus both online and offline purchases to track, GOCCO turned to SALESmanago Marketing Automation to help unify customer profiles, personalize communication, and support omnichannel engagement.

SALESmanago implemented in-store point-of-sale integration, mobile app integration with APPmanago Mobile Automation, and advanced segmentation using online and offline data to deliver personalized messaging across email, web, and mobile. The results were strong: personalized automated emails drove a 455% higher CTR and a 368% higher open rate than mass mailings, while mass mailings still performed 250% better in CTR and 200% better in open rate than the market average.
