Frisco.pl - Customer Case Study

Frisco.pl, one of Poland’s largest online grocery stores, wanted to make its customer communication more personalized and improve reactivation of inactive shoppers. The company partnered with SALESmanago and used its Marketing Automation platform to better segment customers and tailor messages based on purchase behavior, product preferences, and transaction history.

SALESmanago implemented database segmentation, lead generation analytics, personalized communication, dynamic banners, progressive forms, dynamic 1-to-1 emails, and abandoned cart reminders. The results were strong: dynamic reactivation emails achieved 916% higher CTR and 182% higher OR, abandoned cart emails delivered 400% higher CTR and 145% higher OR, and mass communication generated 53% higher open rates versus market averages.
