SALESmanago implemented a three-step abandoned-cart workflow, sending emails 1 hour, 24 hours, and 48 hours after cart abandonment, with a discount code in the third message. The campaign recovered 31.27% of abandoned carts, with 19.67% recovered after the first email alone, and delivered strong engagement results: open rate up 218% versus the standard newsletter and CTR up 396% (CTR 5.56%).
