Bioderma, the French dermocosmetics brand from NAOS, wanted to strengthen communication with loyal customers through its BIOsfera loyalty club, grow brand awareness, and encourage website users to share data and join the community. To support these goals, Bioderma worked with SALESmanago Marketing Automation to improve customer engagement and personalize communication across online and offline touchpoints.

SALESmanago implemented marketing automation for loyalty-program communication, including offline purchase registration, profile-based messaging, segmentation by acquisition source and skin type, personalized lead nurturing, birthday campaigns, and product recommendations via SALESmanago Copernicus. The results were strong: automated emails achieved over 470% higher open rates and nearly 800% higher click-through rates than mass mailings, while personalized emails delivered a 470% increase in OR and an 800% increase in CTR.
