SALESmanago implemented customizable forms, automated abandoned-cart emails, behavioral and purchase-based segmentation, and personalized newsletters and workflows. The results included a 240% increase in website traffic conversion, 8% of all transactions supported by abandoned-cart automation, a 65% open rate for automated mailings, and a 377% increase in automated email CTR, showing a strong lift in engagement and revenue.
