LexJet sells professional-grade wide-format inkjet printers and supplies to more than 20,000 small printing, imaging, and sign businesses, helping customers turn digital images into visual merchandising, out-of-home advertising, and custom décor. Before Salesfusion, LexJet’s marketing and sales were poorly integrated: they couldn’t push email data from iContact, lacked timely, detailed lead intelligence for their 50 inside sales reps, and needed a process-driven way to identify and qualify leads for initial calls.
LexJet implemented Salesfusion for email marketing, web-based lead scoring, capture forms, shortened URLs, and nurture campaigns, choosing it for deep integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to run national and local campaigns across a 4,500-location account.
