Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is a 130‑year‑old conservation organization that protects millions of square miles of wild places and runs zoos, aquariums, education programs, and advocacy work. Faced with 1.5 million constituent records spread across five databases and countless duplicates, WCS struggled with time‑consuming reporting, siloed engagement data, and an inability to see unified constituent relationships or respond effectively to supporter interests.

WCS implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPSP) along with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics to centralize data and create a 360° view of constituents.
