Standardizing on Salesforce (Service Cloud, Pardot, Social Studio) gave WE a single 360-degree CRM: Pardot enables targeted email campaigns (around 4 million emails/month) with real-time performance metrics, Social Studio manages social engagement, and Service Cloud provides a custom console and live chat to capture all interactions.
