WE Charity, part of the WE movement, empowers youth and communities through its charitable and social enterprise arms, working with more than 10,000 schools, operating in eight countries, and reaching about 2 million people annually. That scale — plus massive email outreach, social channels, and stadium-size WE Day events — created a complex challenge to track and manage countless stakeholder interactions and communications in a consistent, efficient way.

Standardizing on Salesforce (Service Cloud, Pardot, Social Studio) gave WE a single 360-degree CRM: Pardot enables targeted email campaigns (around 4 million emails/month) with real-time performance metrics, Social Studio manages social engagement, and Service Cloud provides a custom console and live chat to capture all interactions. The result is streamlined, automated operations, consistent data and processes, improved follow-up and engagement, and the ability to manage large events (200,000+ attendees annually) and ongoing stakeholder relationships.
