The CNIB Foundation, one of Canada’s oldest charities supporting people who are blind or partially sighted, restructured to deliver more innovative programs and clearer impact storytelling. Leadership needed to unite three sister organizations, standardize program management and reporting across 55 offices, and adopt an accessible platform that worked for staff (20% of whom experience vision loss) as well as donors and partners.

CNIB implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack with help from Arkus and AppExchange tools like DogTracker, migrating legacy data into a single, accessible platform and enabling mobile data capture in the field. The result: one-entry client records, faster self-service reporting and dashboards (reports now take minutes instead of days), improved program matching and impact measurement, enhanced client experience through mobile/assistive features, and a clearer ROI—while laying groundwork to expand volunteer, scholarship and marketing capabilities.
