Trócaire helps more people overcome poverty with Salesforce

Trócaire, an Irish Catholic-backed charity that tackles global poverty and injustice, needed better donor transparency, faster reporting from field projects and more scalable IT. Before adopting Salesforce, it could take up to a year to get project feedback to supporters, and limited IT resources constrained its ability to personalise supporter engagement.

Using Salesforce (Nonprofit Success Pack, Sales and Marketing Cloud and App Cloud), nearly 100 aid workers now capture field data on tablets and share it within hours, creating a single view of 600,000 supporters for targeted communications, volunteer and donation matching, and personalised online dashboards. The platform has given Trócaire cost-effective scalability and quicker reporting, helping mobilise supporters and direct aid that reached more than 3.4 million people in 20 countries.
