Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls Club Can Keep Doors Open to Kids Year-Round Thanks to Salesforce Technology, Resources and People

Toronto Kiwanis Boys & Girls Club — Regent Park Clubhouse has served children, youth, and families in Toronto since 1921, but faced challenges in donor and member management, administrative overhead, and securing steady funding to keep programs running year‑round. Limited staff time for administration reduced the Club’s ability to expand programming and stay open during holidays, weekends, and non‑supported school days.

Partnering with Salesforce.org and deploying the Nonprofit Starter Pack and Sales Cloud, along with sustained employee volunteer support, streamlined fundraising, donor management, and operations. The solution cut admin time, enabled more program delivery (including 520 additional hours of programming), and was supported by more than $260,000 in grants and 2,957 volunteer hours, allowing the Club to remain open year‑round and broaden services like a new weekly coding club.
