Bradford University School of Management was receiving around 100 enquiries a week—mostly by email—but had no efficient way to log or respond to them, and the central SITS student database would not integrate, forcing staff to check applications manually and slowing recruitment.
Working with Fujitsu, the school deployed Salesforce Sales Cloud to centralize enquiries across web and email channels. The CRM auto-responds to about half of requests via selectable information options, integrates with SITS to match records automatically, and frees staff to focus on complex cases—improving tracking, response times and application conversion, with plans to expand the system across the university.
