The Code is an industry-driven initiative that helps tourism businesses prevent the sexual exploitation of children. With more than 1,200 members but only three full‑time staff in Bangkok and 40 regional representatives, the organization struggled with manual, error-prone processes—lengthy ten‑page applications, Excel lists and paper invoices that took weeks to produce and chase.

The Code rebuilt its member management around its website and Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Chatter), adding a “Join now” button, iPad signups, automated invoicing, dashboards and a partner portal. The result: signup time dropped from weeks to minutes, invoicing errors and late payments are virtually eliminated, analytics now guide targeted advertising spend, and membership has grown rapidly into new markets.
