St. Norbert College, a four-year Catholic liberal arts school of about 2,200 students in De Pere, Wisconsin, faced inefficient, paper-heavy processes across admissions, advancement, and athletics. Prospect and donor data lived in paper forms, Excel and Access files, and disparate systems, causing duplicate outreach, poor visibility for managers and counselors, and long application-processing times.

By deploying Sales Cloud and Salesforce1 Mobile and integrating Salesforce with the SIS, St. Norbert consolidated data into a single view, enabled online applications to feed directly into the system, and automated workflows. The college halved application data-entry time, eliminated 215 SQL scripts, cut application processing from over three weeks to under three days, reduced paper use by 88%, gave gift officers mobile access to constituent records, and realized sustained time and cost savings with plans to expand Salesforce across campus.
